I suffer from insomnia plus I have an overactive bladder so I need to get up and pee at least 4 times a night. Once I get up and go, I find it hard to get back to sleep again – and once I do, I need to get back up to pee again! I’ve tried everythin from cutting back on fluids from tea time to warm baths, lavendar on the pillow, switching of technology an hour before bed but nothing has worked yet so I would love to try this S+!
