I can’t believe that this is already my 3rd Kawaii Panda Box and it is still the beauty box I look forward to the most. I love discovering new Korean skin care and beauty products and getting to try out new brands. I guess you could say I’m somewhat of a fangirl when it comes to KBeauty products. Julys box has me just as excited as previous boxes.
One of the things I love about Korean beauty is that they make their products so much fun. I mean just look at this adorable cupcake lip balm. They have the formulas perfected when it comes to their skin care and beauty, that they can afford to make their packaging, fun and cute. This lip balm is the Dessert Time Lip Balm by Holika Holika in Peach. It has a lovely Peach scent and a light Peach colour too. It provides long-lasting moisture for your lips. (RRP approx £6.00/$8.00)
This Secret Key Rose Floral Softening Water is formulate with Damask Rose Flower Water that helps renew and soften rough and dry skin. It contains papaya and oil extracts that help moisturise the skin, along with 15 different plant origin extracts which also help to freshen and revitalise the skin. You can apply a few drops of this to a cotton pad, or directly to your fingertip and then gently pat into skin. I used to use cotton pads to apply toner but I have recently switched to just using my fingertips as I find this gives a more effective application of the toner to my skin and I don’t waste any product either. (RRP Approx £7.60/$10.00)
I absolutely love the packaging on this Welcos Merit Killing Me Zombie BB Cream SPF 50+/PA+++; it’s just so darn cute! This BB cream gives UV ray protection, is whitening and anti-wrinkle. It contains Hyaluronic Acid to keep the skin moisturised. It gives quite high coverage too and blends well into the skin to give long-lasting, moisturising coverage throughout the day. It has an amazing smell too. It is also suitable for sensitive skin. There is no Mineral Oil, Talc or Benzophenone in this BB Cream either. (RRP aprox £7.73/$10.15)
I have a few Mizon products and I really like them so I was thrilled to see this Water Volume Aqua Gel Cream in this months box. This cream has a gel texture and hydrates and calms the skin without causing any irritation. It’s suitable for all skin types but especially oily and acne prone skin as it’s not a heavy cream. It contains witch hazel which tightens the pores and helps to control excess oil. It also contains licorice, collagen and watermelon to provide brightening, firming and astringent qualities. This light weight cream absorbs easily into the skin, leaving no greasy film/residue behind, just soft, hydrated skin. It also smells really good too.(RRP £7.62/$10.00)
This Missha The Style Eyeliner Pencil (Brown) is a really lovely soft eyeliner. It applies easily and can be blended out to give a smokey eye if desired. It’s hypoallergenic so is suitable for sensitive eyes. I always seem to get a lot of black eyeliner in my beauty boxes, so it was really great to get a brown one, which I actually only have maybe 2 of in my make up collection. (RRP approx £4.57/$6.00)
Yet again it’s another fabulous box from Kawaii Panda Box. A good selection of skin care and make up products and I will definitely be using everything. I’m excited to add the Secret Key Rose Floral Softening Water into my skin care routine; it smells so lovely. I’m also really impressed by the coverage of the BB Cream and again, it smell amazing. I honestly cannot fault this box at all for the products that it curates each month. This will always be a definite keeper for me. Each month it never fails to delight me with its wonderful contents. This is such an excellent box for someone who is curious about Korean beauty products or who is just starting out. It can be overwhelming knowing what to try but this box will give you a great start and will provide you with a selection of 5 make up and skin care products. You are never tied down to a subscription as you just pay for this box monthly through their website, so you can pick and choose if you want to order each month, or every other month etc. It really is fantastic!
