I have a love/hate relationship with my skin at times but then I am guessing that is not an unusual thing. It’s fairing okay at the moment during this awkward late Autumn into Winter stage. My skin is mostly normal but during harsher weather, it can become quite dry in patches. Along with the dryness usually comes some sensitivity and/or irritation in those places. So it comes as no surprise that I end up with redness too. That’s where the Jumiso Super Soothing Cica & Aloe Facial Serum comes into play.
This facial serum is designed to soothe, calm and moisturise the skin and has a whole host of fab ingredients.

The Jumiso Super Soothing Cica & Aloe Facial Serum is relatively viscous and does remind of an ampoule with its thicker texture. It applies really nicely and depending on your skin type a little can go a long way. Normally, I use 3 drops though if I want more moisture in my skin or it is more dry or irritated, then I will use 5-6 drops.
After Initial Use
It nicely moisturizes your skin and it leaves your skin slightly glowy too. Redness is soothed and calmed down quite quickly. I would think this serum would be fantastic for anyone who has a damaged skin barrier. Or if you are using retinol, as it is extremely soothing, calming and very moisturizing.
My Overall Thoughts
As I have only been using this serum for a short time I am unable to say what the long term results are. Ideally, I like to use a serum for about 6 weeks before making any judgement on it. For now, I can say that whilst using this Jumiso Super Soothing Cica & Aloe Facial Serum in my routine my skin has had little to no dry patches, irritation and redness.
So, it gets a big thumbs up from me just for the immediate effect it has on redness, irritation and dryness.
