AA Skincare wesbite
I first came across AA Skincare when I received their Seaweed & Aloe Refreshing Eye Gel in a Pink Parcel box. I really loved the eye gel so when I saw that AA Skincare was looking for bloggers to review their products, I jumped at the chance.
They wanted bloggers to review one of their moisturisers; we got to choose which one to review.
I asked to try out either the Frankincense & Rose or the Jasmin, Mimosa & Rosehip as I liked the sound of both of them and couldn’t decide. AA Skincare kindly sent me both to try out.
AA Skincare Frankincense & Rose Moisturising Face Cream: Nourishing & Rejuvenating
First off, I really love AA Skincare’s packaging. I especially like that these moisturisers have a pump dispenser. This is far more hygienic than having to stick your fingers in a pot each day. Plus, you can measure the amount more accurately too.
This moisturiser has an abundance of active ingredients. that is listed on the AA Skincare website.
Ingredients

My Exeperience
The Frankincense & Rose moisturiser has quite a subtle fragrance; you can definitely smell the Frankincense and the Rose in it. It has a rich, thick creamy texture and when applied to the skin it is easily absorbed. The natural ingredients it contains help to replenish, tired, dry skin, leaving it rejuvenated and hydrated.
I have dry and sensitive skin and my skin didn’t react to this moisturiser at all. It left my skin feeling very soft and hydrated. I did feel that my skin felt less tired after using this. Though I don’t have too many wrinkles really, something I am very pleased with considering I’m 45yrs old.
I do have a few fine lines under my eye but that’s about it really. So, I can’t say that I noticed an immediate difference around my eyes but the area did feel plumper and replenished. I think after prolonged use you would see some visible improvement. I’ve been using it for 14 days now and I really like this moisturiser for when my skin is tired and feeling dry. It’s like a quenching drink of water to my skin.

My Experience
I love Rosehip and I use Rosehip oil on my face every night. It’s so fantastic and is also a great anti-oxidant. I can’t stress enough how brilliant Rosehip is for your skin.
This cream, once again, has a pump dispenser, which is great. It has a rich, thick consistency yet it’s light at the same time and absorbs into the skin effortlessly. It has a really light floral scent; nothing overpowering though.
After using this moisturiser, my skin felt firmer & tighter but it also felt very soft and hydrated all day. I alternated this moisturiser with the Frankincense & Rose one every other morning.
My Overall Thoughts on the AA Skincare Moisturisers
Between the 2 of them, both did a fantastic job at keeping my dry skin very hydrated and nourished all day. My skin looked and felt, brighter and definitely felt rejuvenated and nourished.
I was really thrilled that they didn’t irritate or react with my sensitive skin either.
Both moisturisers are suitable for all skin types and they are also suitable for Vegetarians. (contains Beeswax)
They are also really affordable too, as they are only £7.98 for 50ml.
I think that’s pretty awesome when you take into account all the active and beneficial ingredients each moisturiser contains.
I would definitely recommend that you check these out and also the rest of AA Skincare and the other products they have available to purchase on their website!
