Who would have believed that we are in March already? This year is already going by so quickly and Mother’s Day is just around the corner. When I was younger I always struggled to buy a gift for my Mum because she thought flowers were a waste of money and she didn’t like boxed chocolates. I would have loved to have been able to jump on the internet and google some gift ideas. Well, at least I can provide you with some hopefully nice gift ideas.
On a side note, Mother’s Day just happens to fall on the 31st of March this year, which is also when the clocks go forward 1 hour, starting seven months of Daylight Savings Time. So all Mums definitely need some extra love this year as we’ll already be losing an hour of sleep on Mother’s Day!

Okay, so I bought these perfumes myself from New Look as I thought they’d make great gifts and at a fab price. I’ve just gone to find the link to them and they are no longer listed on the New Look website. I’m kinda bummed about it because they are really gorgeous perfumes. I don’t know if they are being rebranded as I know they are very popular. I’m going to keep my fingers crossed that they are just temporarily gone. This beautiful Apothecary Rose Gin made by The Old Curiosity Garden available on Prezzybox really caught my attention. First and foremost I adore the beautiful packaging. Secondly, I really love that this Gin is that little bit different and that it is 100% natural. Everything is handpicked that goes into their gins. This Apothecary Rose has a really delicious subtle flavour, it’s hard to describe it to be completely honest but if your Mum likes gin, she won’t be disappointed to be opening this beautiful bottle on Mother’s Day! These gins are also colour changing when you add tonic, it changes to a soft pink – you can see from the video below. I just love everything about these gins and the company; if I were to receive a bottle of this for Mother’s Day, I’d be very happy!
