One thing that I love to do in the summer, weather permitting, is to have a barbecue. I know it’s not currently possible but it’s great to get some of the family round and have an enjoyable afternoon in the sun, a few drinks, a barbecue. Summer get-togethers and parties are the best! Well, if you ask me they are at any rate.
When it comes to barbecues and cooking food on them, it can be very hit and miss. If you have no control over the heat and flames you can end up with burnt food on the outside and still raw in the middle. I much prefer a barbecue where you can control the heat. If you’re going to splash out on a barbecue then I would say to pay that extra and get yourself a gas barbecue. You’ll have so much more control over how you cook your food. That means you should end up with perfectly cooked chicken, burgers, sausages, steaks etc. Basically whatever you want to cook on your gas barbecue.
