Savoury Items

Good4U Kids Pasta Boost (£2.50 ea)
Let me introduce you to the Good4U Kids Pasta Boost (there’s also a Breakfast Boost and Everyday Boost in the range!). These clever blends pack in not one, not two, but TEN different plants—including seeds, berries, Irish Vitamin D and Atlantic Seaweed—all carefully chosen to support immunity, digestion, bone health and even cognitive function. It honestly feels like someone finally cracked the code on how to get more nutrients into kids without any fuss.
* *Available in Tesco & good4u.co
You would have received 1 of 3 available flavours

Katsu Curry Beans (£2.50 ea)
These pouches are all about making naturally fast food more accessible—right in your own kitchen.
Each pouch is packed with plant-based protein and loads of fibre, not to mention plenty of flavour from herbs & spices. Seriously, it’s not just another bland ready meal. It actually tastes like something you’d get in a restaurant. If you’re after a healthy & convenient solution for those busy evenings or lazy lunches, this is such a game-changer. Just pop it in the microwave and boom—you’ve got yourself a tasty katsu curry that’s good for you too!
* Available in Sainsbury's, Ocado and Wholefoods

Mission Carb Balance Wraps (£1.80)
Mission manages to balance high fibre with low carbs for a great-tasting tortilla. You don’t get that cardboard-y texture some other “healthy” wraps have – these are soft, flexible, and actually delicious. Whether you’re making breakfast burritos on the go or wrapping up some grilled chicken and veggies for lunch, they make meals tastier and better for you without any fuss. Each wrap has only 9g of carbs, which is brilliant if you’re watching your carb intake but still want something that feels like real food.
So if you fancy switching things up and giving your meals that little extra boost of goodness (without losing out on taste), I’d seriously recommend giving Mission Carb Balance Wraps a go.
* Available in Sainsbury's

Cereals

FUEL 10K Original Multigrain Hoops (£3.49)
These hoops are made from blended oats and wheat, so you get that lovely wholesome crunch with every spoonful (and honestly, who doesn’t love a bit of crunch in the morning?).
What really sets them apart is how they’re fortified with 8 vitamins to give your day a proper kickstart. It’s not just about protein here – though they definitely deliver on that front for anyone after a high fibre, high protein start to the day – but also making sure you’re ticking off some essential nutrients before you’ve even left the house. Perfect for those busy mornings when you want something quick yet satisfying. So if you fancy switching up your breakfast routine and want something deliciously crunchy and nutritious, these multigrain hoops might be your new go-to!
*Available in Sainsbury's, ASDA and Amazon

FUEL10K Red Berry Multigrain Flakes (£3.69)
Whilst I liked the Multigrain Hoops (they’re a solid choice, don’t get me wrong), these Red Berry Multigrain Flakes have totally stolen the show for me. There’s just something about that delicious crunch mix of crunchy wholegrain wheat flakes paired with spelt and barley flakes – it’s hearty but not heavy, you know?
But what really makes this cereal pop is the fruity punch of freeze-dried raspberries and strawberries scattered throughout. Honestly, they just bring the whole bowl to life! Every spoonful has that zingy berry burst, which makes it feel like such an amazing start to the day. It’s one of those cereals where you actually look forward to waking up because you know breakfast is going to be a treat.
*Available in Sainsbury's,Morrisons, Ocado and Amazon
Drinks

Galipette Cidre Brut 4.5% (£2.50)
The cider that started it all for Galipette, and honestly, what a lovely introduction to their range! Now, I’ll admit, I’m not much of a cider drinker myself (I usually find them either far too sweet or eye-wateringly dry), but this one genuinely surprised me. GALIPETTE BRUT is their first cider and sits perfectly in that dry to medium-dry spot – you get this gorgeous balance between acidity and tannins, dryness and just a hint of sweetness. It’s like they’ve managed to bottle the best bits of cider old and new.
What makes it even more special is where those apples come from: traditional orchards near the river Rance in Northern Brittany’s Côte-d’Armor. There’s something about knowing your drink has roots (quite literally) in such a historic region that makes each sip feel extra authentic. Plus, it’s made with 100% pure cider apple juice – absolutely no added sugar sneaking its way in! You can really taste how true to its roots this cider is. I found it so much more palatable than many ciders I’ve tried before – refreshing without being cloying or sharp.
*Available in Waitrose, Tesco, Ocado, Whole Foods and Booths.
Degusta Box October 2025 Plus Extra Product

Temple Condiments Sublime Lime Sweet Chilli (£5.50)
If you’re into bold flavours and love a bit of Asian inspired excitement on your plate, this one is going to blow you away! Imagine everything you adore about sweet chilli sauce, but with this zesty lime twist that just lifts it to another level. There’s also a gentle ginger warmth running through it, so each mouthful has this lovely, subtle heat without being overpowering.
What I really love is the balance – it’s got that luscious sweet heat you want from a proper sweet chilli, but then there’s this citrus sparkle from the lime that keeps things fresh and vibrant. It literally creates a tingling taste sensation every time you try it! Whether you’re drizzling it over crispy spring rolls, using it as a dip for chips (trust me on this one), or glazing some roasted veggies or chicken, it just works. And beware: it’s bold and ludicrously moreish – once you start pouring, there’s no going back!
* Available in Selfridges, Whole Foods, Booths, Amazon.co.uk, spicekitchenuk.com & selected Independents.

Final Thoughts On The Degusta Box October 2025
So, what did I think of this month’s Degusta Box? Honestly, I reckon it was a really nice selection of snacks—there was a good balance between both sweet and savoury treats, which always makes unboxing that little bit more exciting!
My favourite items this time around have to be the FUEL10K Red Berry Multigrain Flakes, those super tangy Brain Blasterz, and the Galipette Cidre, which made for a lovely chilled drink. Oh, and let’s not forget the BEAR Yoyos—they’re such a fun snack and perfect for popping in your bag for when you’re out and about. All in all, October’s box definitely delivered some fab surprises!
If you’re still on the fence about giving Degusta Box a try, I’d honestly say go for it. It’s such an easy way to discover new products without having to scour every aisle in the supermarket.
