With Christmas just around the corner now, November’s Look Fantastic #LFSPARKLE box is all geared towards getting us looking our best for the party season ahead.
This pretty silver snowflake design is very festive and wintry. It really is quite gorgeous.
There are an impressive number of products in this month’s Look Fantastic. There were 7 items altogether, plus the Elle magazine too.
What’s in the Box?
Bloom and Blossom Revitalising Leg and Foot Spray
This is ideal for party season. This spray contains a blend of Horse Chestnut Seed and Yellow Sweet Clover Extracts. A spritz of this will alleviate any water tension, soothe your tired limbs and leave you ready to party all night long. It also smells quite lovely too, due to the Tangerine Leaf Oil and Aloe Vera that is also in it.
L’Oréal Professional Mythic Oil
To keep our hair in tip-top condition there is this L’Oréal Professional Mythic Oil. Infused with Avocado and Grape Seed Oil to nourish and provide antioxidant protection. It will keep your hair looking and feeling great. Smooth, shiny and manageable and with no frizz in sight. You can style your hair to perfection.
Sebastian Volupt Spray
There is also this Sebastian Volupt Spray to help us style our hair for the party season. It uses unique Cushion Particle Technology to lift hair from the roots. Giving your hair a beautiful finish and long-lasting volume.
Monu Soothing Touch Recovery Balm
This little beauty, the Monu Soothing Touch Recovery Balm has an abundance of beneficial natural ingredients. This one is particularly suited to sensitive or stressed skin, so it was perfect for me. It helps calm, soothe and reduce redness and irritation. This leaves your skin balanced and hydrated. Containing Rose Essential Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Peptides and Blackcurrant Seed Oil this balm leaves the skin refreshed and revitalised, giving a glowing complexion.
Model & Co Blush Cheek Powder in Peach Bellini
From Model & Co there is this very pretty Blush Cheek Powder in Peach Bellini. It’s a rather gorgeous peach shade and gives a lovely flush of colour. This has micronized colour pigments and pressed texture, which helps to control oil on the surface of your skin, leaving you shine-free all day.
Look Good, Feel Better Angled Blending Brush
You can never have too many blending brushes, so this Look Good, Feel Better Angled Blending Brush is great. If you have sensitive skin, this brush is ideal as it’s made with Taklon Bristles. Super soft, allergy-free, plus environmentally friendly; this angled shading brush has been designed to contour and shade the eye area, giving the perfect definition.
Look Fantastic Nail File
To keep our nails in shape is this bonus Look Fantastic Nail File. Silver and sparkly on one side, and the Look Fantastic Logo on the other. You can’t go wrong with this.
Overall Thoughts
This is a fantastic box that is well-curated. It really has the party season in mind. There’s something for hair, skin, nails, eyes, face and body in this Look Fantastic #LFSparkle box.
They’ve got us covered, to make sure we are looking our best this festive season.
HOWEVER, I do want to add that this box was a replacement, as over half of the bottle of Mythic Oil leaked everywhere in my original box, ruining everything.
Getting a replacement was far from a smooth process.
Look Fantastic Customer Service
Look Fantastic customer service responded in a short space of time; I was told a replacement would be sent out. Their speedy response impressed me. I even tweeted saying how impressed I was.
BUT twelve days after that, when enquiring where my replacement box had gotten to, I was still being told it was ‘on its way’.
I was frustrated but eventually, after a few more emails, they credited my account £15.99, and then ordered a box via my account. I then got my replacement box a few days later.
So, not the best Customer Service, but certainly not the worst. Somewhere along the line, there was a lack of communication and a replacement box was never actually ordered till I chased it up…and then chased it up again.
