AD – Contains Gifted PR Samples
With everything going on right now I am rather late with this but I’m finally bringing you the March 2020 Degusta Box review. The March box was welcoming in Spring, which is well and truly here. There have been some really gorgeous sunny days lately.
Anyway, if you’re a regular reader then you probably know by now just what Degusta Box UK is. For those that aren’t familiar with it, I’ll quickly explain.
Degusta Box UK is a monthly subscription box that contains between 10-15 items each month, most of which are new to the market. You can read some of my reviews for previous boxes here. It costs £12.99 per month but you can find a discount at the end of the post which means you’ll pay just £7.99 for your first box!
What’s In The March 2020 Degusta Box?
So, I’m going to get straight on with it and show you what was in the March box. There were quite a few items in this box, about 15 I think!

You would have received one of these bags of Smarties® Buttons (rrp £1.59) in your March 2020 Degusta Box. I tried the white chocolate ones and I have since bought another bag of them because they were so nice. I’ve not yet tried the milk chocolate ones.

There were two flavours that you could have gotten, this one or Pink Peppercorn. I haven’t yet tried this Merchant’s Heart Floral Aromatics Tonic Water (rrp £1.30), mostly because I don’t like tonic water in general but I am sure someone will have it whilst we are still on lockdown.

Ahhhh, Marmite, it’s true you either love it or hate and I am firmly in the hate it group! I am alone in hating on it though as the rest of the family love Marmite and this Marmite Crunchy Peanut Butter (rrp £2.50) was their idea of heaven! So, if you love Marmite and peanut butter I am sure you will love this.

These Nudie Snacks Broad Bean Sour Cream & Chive (rrp £1.59) were really tasty and make such a great snack alternative. They are high in fibre and protein too.

Galaxy® Oat Drink (rrp £1.50) is a really smooth and velvety chocolate oat drink. There’s no added sugar and it’s also registered with the Vegan Society.

Snacks like this Naked Noodle Singapore Curry (rrp £1.20) are great at the moment whilst in lockdown. Quick, easy and extremely tasty!

I actually really like the Cadbury 30% sugar chocolate and this Cadbury Hot Chocolate 30% Less Sugar (rrp £2.49) is no exception. It’s still creamy and chocolatey, what’s not to love?

You would have received both of these Wotsits (rrp £1.00) flavours in your March 2020 Degusta Box. I never got a look in with either of these, my family polished them off pretty quickly. I just got told they were really tasty and could we get more!

It’s been so hard to get hold of flour so we can do any baking, so needless to say I was so happy to receive this Homepride Superior Sponge Flour (rrp £2.00) in the March box. This flour is perfect for those extra special sponge bakes.

These Highball Alcohol-Free Cocktails (rrp £1.99) are great if you can’t drink alcohol. They really are just like the real thing but no alcohol. They’re made with natural ingredients and half the calories of a standard cocktail. Definitely great served over ice.

Add more flavour and depth to your dishes with this new veggie Knorr Stock Pot (rrp £0.95). You will have received both flavours in your March 2020 Degusta Box. Not only are they full of flavour they are also gluten-free and suitable for Vegans.

Seedlip Garden 108 (rrp £3.00 6cl), the worlds first Distilled Non-Alcoholic Spirit. I’m not quite sure how to describe this, it’s fresh, floral & so many things! All I can say is to try it for yourself.
My Overall Thoughts About The March 2020 Degusta Box
I think the March 2020 Degusta Box had a decent selection of items in it. The white chocolate Smarties® Buttons were by far my favourite out of everything though. It’s still great value for money and I love discovering new products and being able to try them. Especially items that I probably just would not even think of purchasing.
