I was so happy when Tweezerfile got in touch about their new sharpening tool for tweezers! Why has no one ever thought of this before? It’s such a simple concept, yet it works brilliantly.
I don’t know about you guys but I have a pair of tweezers that I bought when I was about 14 years old and I still have them! Sadly though, they just can’t grasp the hairs anymore but I can’t bear to part with them. I have about 3 or 4 more pairs and although they are okay, none of them feels as comfortable to use as my trusty ancient Boots tweezers.
Now thanks to this fab little tool I have been able to sharpen them and start using them again. It’s just so incredibly handy to have.
Made from diamond plated steel blade, Tweezerfile will breathe life back into your old and favourite tweezers. So no more having to buy a new pair every time your old ones become dull.
All you have to do is place the tweezers either side of the Tweezerfile blade, grip it firmly but not too tightly and then slide the tweezers up and down over it. Making sure to keep a firm, even pressure on both sides. To clean, just use a damp cloth.

My Overall Thoughts
This tool is just fantastic! I really cannot believe that no one had come up with this simple solution ages ago. The number of tweezers I’ve gone through in the last 30 years, I dread to think. This little tool could have saved me a fortune!
I sharpened all my tweezers and they all work so much better now. Even grasping very fine tiny hairs is not a problem for them. Before it would have taken me several attempts to grasp them with the tweezers if I could grasp them at all. Now, that is no longer an issue. They all can grab even the smallest of hairs.
This definitely gets a MASSIVE thumbs up from me!
